Terrible terrible service from the indian guy there. They lost my parcel!!! I got the card to collect my parcel in the mail, I go there with my collection card and ID and they say they cannot find my parcel and walk away to the next customer. The online tracking says 'awaiting collection' at the beckenham post office, yet they say they dont have it. I'm using the post office in queens park now which opens till 8pm everyday, much more convenient and professional and timely service. Avoid this place at all cost.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! They are beyond rude and abusive towards their customers. The staff here should not be allowed to work in a customer facing environment let alone be an Australian Post LPO.

Rudest people working there. Customer support is 0. They seem like they hate their job. They must be underpaid or something. It’s a newsagent at the same time but they got no personal business number to call either. I’ve lost my parcels because of them.

The South African lady at the reception is the worst, she is rude, arrogant and provides terrible customer service. The Chines doctor is far worse and unprofessional. She is rude too. Please avoid at all time.

Shop doesn’t open till 5pm. They shut the door from 4:30pm and get ready to go home early. Try to finish my work early to pick up parcel but the shop always closed before 4:30pm. Need massive improvement.

Ripped me off. Charged me $12.70 regular postage for a flat rate small satchel/parcel, on the receipt it's marked as Medium". & Charged me $15.95 regular postage for a flat rate medium satchel/parcel
