Cheviot Homes we’re amazing they have built our last 2 houses. The team we’re an absolute dream to work with, The owner was always offering options on how we could save money also different design ideas that we had not thought of. Could not recommend these guys highly enough all there trades were to detail. Any issues after finishing they were prompt to fix without any issues.

From the first meeting at the display house we were impressed.Nothing we asked for was too much trouble, quotes for this and that (some we put in and some we didn’t), changing windows to doors, making sure roof trusses where not in the way of future fire places, it honestly didn’t matter what it was, the Cheviot team where amazing.Then came the build.It was seamless, any questions we had were answered in depth and our breath was taken away at every stage of our dream coming true. Every trade was handpicked and you could tell, Cheviot Homes is not your cookie cutter builder, they are truly an old style caring builder who do it right, like you are a member of their family; they want you to be as proud of your new home as they were to build it.And we are absolutely proud of our home.After the hand over, once again any questions or issues (all were incredibly minor) were handled quickly and we were again left feeling like we were the only people at that moment that mattered.Would we recommend Cheviot Homes, absolutely, without any hesitation, every day of the week.A couple of years later we still feel like we are part of their family and the pride in our beautiful home just keeps growingJayne and Justin Van der Zalm

I did two dual occupancy investment projects with Cheviot Homes. Enough to say that I came back to them for the second project without even asking other builders to quote!Construction projects mostly have their own challenges but I am in overall happy with the way Cheviot Homes' team handled them (and the second during lock downs).

I built some units on an existing block with Harry and the team,from the other side of the world. In the selection process, the thing that stood out from the competition was the attention to detail in the specifications. I had higher and lower quotes with an effective blank sheet of paper in terms of detail, but with Cheviot every item was precisely specified and they gave me the confidence i could rely on them to deliver, and know what i was getting. Being so far away, and smack in the middle of Covid I am sure it would not have been the success it was without Harry, Tom and team's support and assistance in navigating what was almost a doomed project with very challenging planning issues. The quality of the build was excellent and, service and support from all onboard, first rate. I generally wouldn't do another long distance project again, but If I was going to do one again, Cheviot would be my first and only port of call in looking for a partner to build with.
