Service was quick but food was terrible. I ordered a regular burrito bowl. Portion size was less than that of a mini bowl and hardly any chips or tomato/meat/beans. Mostly rice. Ingredients tasted bland. I have had GYG many times elsewhere but none compare to the blandness and disappointment of portion size than this GYG restuarant. Waste of money.

Ordered an extra large latte and paid extra for almond milk. After waiting in the waiting bay for 10 minutes, I received a full cream latte which I can’t even drink. Would recommend going to Zaraffas for coffee instead.

I get that the $3 tacos are cheap but this is a joke. About a 1/2 teaspoon of mince and few bits of cheese and a sprinkle of lettuce. Chips were cold again. This store is the most inconsistent take away place I have ever been to. Sometimes it's good but seems to be more and more bad experiences. I'm done won't be back.

Two for lunch on Thursday the 8th June one Burrito and one Nacho Meal with chips $40 + meals. Both meals cold chips also cold and spongy. Even the dogs weren’t impressed on returning home.I have never made a bad report on any meal in my life but had to this time. Have eaten meals on the streets of Mexico that have been much more enjoyable.Will never eat there again.

It's 8.45pm today. I went there to pick-up an order. I felt like the girl who was serving the instore order is racist. I don't know her name she is a white girl with short hair. She was serving all other people who came after me, even new instore orders, keeping me waiting for a long time. I felt like didn't care me. I understand the business of the store, not this is Really disappointed. Look how she packed it, even this order is not for me.

The food was awesome. Hot, fresh and authentic. Loved the welcoming gesture of all the crew members. I had placed online web order for my whole office and it was ready when we reach there. Will highly recommend for lunch and dinner.

Pretty inconsistent these days. Good when it's good though, but that's not often.If you look at the photo from this morning, this is why I'm not returning. You never get what you order. Don't want a credit or an apology - just fix your issues for the people who will still spend money in your store.

This GyG used to be amazing when it opened but today after my order it’s anything but. I ordered the mini chicken burrito. I got home and started eating. I notice a piece of the chicken is pink and slimy looking. This definitely looked undercooked. I immediately felt sick and threw the rest of the burrito out. I then phoned the restaurant straight after and spoke to Kirsty. I advised her of my problem and 10 minutes into the phone call was still awaiting an apology??? I asked do I even receive a simple apology for this or is that not what you’re taught here?The response was ‘oh I just got off my break but this certainly should not happen and we are very sorry’. Are you kidding!!! Isn’t that the first thing that they teach you in customer service?? I was told sometimes chicken can appear pink but if I’m not happy with it that’s all that matters. I have received a credit note for a mini burrito meal but why would I even want to go back after seeing raw chicken in my burrito?? After seeing all the recent 1 star negative reviews, this restaurant is in desperate need of an inspection of higher up staff to get it back on its feet or at the least, more staff training. It used to be so so good, but after multiple times of receiving cold, soggy food and now raw chicken, which you’re now paying through the nose for, I just won’t be coming back here. You can keep your credit note. You definitely have lost a customer today.
