I’ve been going to the face shop for years and my skin has been doing amazing since then.

The bonik store has a good range and wide variety of k- beauty products. The staff always very helpful

The second time I visited this store, I told myself don’t come back again because the sales rep is so rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. Jessica was there today, she is not helpful and no intention to help looking for another item when the item that I was looking for was not available. She has no smile on her face and when I check if she would gives a few free samples since I bought a few hundreds of product, she turned to the drawer, pulled out two 1mil samples and bang it on the counter then turned away. I am guessing this is the reason why this store is always empty, either the employer is not treating the staff well or they just hired the wrong person. Won’t go back to this store ever..

Very good products and service. A great place to go for Korean skincare in Australia

I heard a lot of good reviews about Korean cosmetics. Has bought or purchased full leaving or care in this shop. Spent about $ 250. From the first application I felt a burning sensation. On the second day my face was covered with red spots, my skin hurt and became dry. As I understood there was an allergic reaction it is not clear on which of these products. Return naturally to me refused. I want to warn all buyers that these products cause an allergic reaction!

If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased an item online. I was only after 1 thing, but purchased a couple of other things to make the postage worthwhile. 2 days after my order, I get an email stating that the main item I wanted was out of stock and that I would be given a store credit for it. Excuse me? You have an item out of stock, that is completely your fault, but I get a store credit? I contacted them and said i wanted a full refund on everything, as I only ordered the other things to make the postage worth it.They get back to me and said they spoke to whoever was in charge and that ok, they will give a refund on the item that was out of stock, but basically too bad you are stuck with the other items!I could understand if these items had been sent to me and handled, but they hadn't been packed or shipped yet!Just be aware that if you purchase from these people, even if the item hasn't been shipped, don't think you can change your mind, because you can't. The items yours whether you want it or not and if they are out of stock, somehow that is your fault and they will try to lump you with a store credit and you will have to deal with them again. Worst customer service ever. The old saying goes, You get more flies with honey then you do with vinegar. I got vinegar. I Won't shop there again and neither will anyone I know.

I absolutely love Boniik. I am so happy I stumbled upon it at the qvb!! The girls working there are extremely helpful and know what they are talking about. I asked so many questions because I was unsure of a lot of things, and they were patient and helpful. I’m so excited about the products I bought. They have a very wide selection and great price points. I HIGHLY recommend shopping here!! Even if you usually buy skin care from the chemist or Mecca or Sephora maybe just take a little break and try here too. They have really great products that I can already tell a difference in the moisture of my skin. They also sell laneige which they have at Mecca and Sephora too. But at Boniik they seem to have a lot more of their products!

I had a wonderful experience at Boniik thanks to the knowledgeable staff who taught me about Korean skincare products. I purchased some sunscreen and facial masks, and they have been working wonders for my skin.
