the clothes are nice but they should really put mirrors in the change rooms because the ladies come and start to make you very uncomfortable and make you try all these other clothes and you feel bad when you don’t buy anything. They also take photos with you without asking. They are nice but maybe for people who aren’t comfortable with that , they can have mirrors in the change rooms. I ended up using my phone camera so I didn’t have to go back out to them and my friend did the same. This has happened more than once when going there, I go back because they have cute clothes.

Original funky fashion at a good price. The owner is an absolute star and so helpful when trying to decide between the awesome styles. The earrings are absolutely fabulous - guarantee you won’t be able to walk past without buying a pair

Lovely owner and I love the clothes, gives you a sense of personal style that is your own and that looks good. I loved how she was so inviting and didn’t discriminate. I understand there are many that are not able to wear a mask, that’s understandable, social distancing is another measure one can take if they don’t feel comfortable. Definitely will shop here again.

Amazing experience shopping at GrandMa Funk. I picked up some real gems!! The service made me feel so comfortable and the owner was fantastic! I learnt a thing or two also regarding our rights not to wear masks and not to have to give up any of my rights. Definitely going back to Grandma Funk i felt like a valued customer 10/10

Shopping at grandma funk is always a pleasure, the staff always offer heaps of different style choices that are exactly what I'm looking for. Upscaled, recycled and ethical fashion is hard to find these days, so stumbling across this chapel st gem was the greatest. Fun staff, great atmosphere and beautiful pieces. Can't wait to shop in store again soon!!

Congratulations on the new shop, Mel! It is more cosy and than the previous spot and has more racks. Been shopping from here since it was opened, so I have seen Grandma Funk growing. Various styles to choose from, decent clothing of high quality. Have been wearing them regularly for 5 years and the condition remains like new. Looking forward to more Grandma Funk items!
