Some very friendly price reductions on large ticket items, like TVs, which were already very competitively price. Price slashing on top branded headphones such as Sony and some phones are heavily discounted.Big range and lots of variety, dvds 40 to 60% off. The book range is highly competitive both in quality of range and best price points.The only criticism is, the lack of a seat in the store, to have a rest from shopping, that would be welcome.Noteworthy is the clarity of price tickets on hifi, the ticket price is clear, bold, neat and easily spotted.The stationery and art supply range is worth a look, in quality and range, it challenges most similar businesses.In kitchenware, Sunbeam have new lines of matching cooking equipment in boxed paired sets, which are much cheaper to buy together than separately (kettle, toaster set in pleasing colours).Glassware lacks in its failure to tempt and impress but its shelved nearby other appealling things such as Alice In Wonderland teapots and The Night Before Christmas themed oversized hand painted wine goblets and the like. Its really worth visiting....there's photo printing booths too with all the usual extra idea (print images on cups and calendars etc) merchandise available also. It's fun shopping there.

Can't fault Big W.. and the staff are very professional.. especially Kat at the service desk twice I've been after data/power cables for different devices and she's put me on the right track... her product knowledge is 1st class...

Cat and dog food is reasonable especially 20 kg bags of dog food supercoat dog dry food am a bit disappointed we could not get a dog scoop thrower in store.

A very large store with a wide range of products for sale at discounted prices. May need to allow time to browse the aisles. Friendly staff, offering help.
