The sale pitch was good then came the install I found the hired contractor very difficult to deal with wouldn’t listen to what would work for our needs as to location of the inverter to be fitted. A very rushed install with no care taken towards good workmanship leaving many errors which I had to have the contractor come back to repair some can never be changed just covered up to make the work look to an acceptable level ’ even after they apparently fixed the issues It was not to an acceptable standard. from the start & Still until this day months after I’m waiting to have some damage repaired but Paul the owner just fobs you off . Time will tell towards the quality of the system it’s not my first solar system but had to be the far worst installer I had to deal with I could say at this stage I give up on any more help & will have to repair the last damage to the house myself . I personally would recommend zenith solar a money grab at its best thanks to the state government grants.1 ⭐️

The Installation went through fine back in march, rebate applied and been paying for the solar only to discover they never sent the EWR form to the distributor therefore no feedin tariff, no buyback. Been calling, leaving messages and emails with no response.

Just had my solar system installed by Zenith Solar and I am extremely happy with the service I provided. Not only did they complete the job without any hitches they went out there way to show me exactly how the system works including the monitoring, the installers were very friendly and even helped me move a few things Rouen the gates to make space for the inverter I also would like to add the sales agent I originally spoke to was very professional, I knew exactly what he was talking about and answered all my questions, Adam has been in the industry for 10+ year and warned me of the different pitfalls to look out when choosing a system. Although Zenith were a little more expensive than some of other the companies I spoke wiyh my level of confidence was much higher. I will definitely be going back to Zenith for my battery next year.

A day or two after my Solar Battery system was installed I had time to reflect on the experience and the consequences. I contacted Teho initially after seeing a promotion on FB. The folk who I dealt with understood my questions and answered them so I had a clear understanding of what I needed to know. The bottom line was the bottom line without any pushing of extra products. The communication was clear, positive, friendly and candid. Once I had decided I wanted to take them up on the installation, I was stepped through the process at my pace one step at a time. A few days from signing everything that needed to be done was done and we were ready to go. Installation went ahead with Zenith Solar & Electrical as scheduled and again everything I wanted to know was answered in a straightforward way. Once the battery system was in place I was taken thoroughly through how it worked, the apps and software. One happy customer with an efficient Solar Battery System. I used Zenith after two separate recommendations from friends. From the initial consultation with a really knowledgeable bloke over the phone right through to the completion of the installation I couldn’t fault them. The team that attended to fit the panels were clearly very experienced and professional. Even the inspector who came out commented at the quality of the job. The installation was completed in one day even though the weather made it difficult for the installers on the day. All packaging etc was cleaned up and taken away by the guys and the system is producing above the expected output in the first 4 weeks that it has been running. Panels look smart on the roof. Would certainly recommend to others based on my experience

Was directed to Zenith via Elite Smart Energy Solutions, Been waiting for a response to look at our solar system since November 2021. Have not had a response from either company. Would not reccomend and will not be using them again when we update out solar system.

I had been looking to install solar for the last 3 months and discovered very quickly it was a complete minefield working out what system I required. It was a breath of fresh air when I finally came across Adam, who is a senior sales agent at Zenith solar and really knew what he was talking about. My solar was installed around 2 months ago and i'm already saving money. I also referred Adam and Zenith to 4 of my friends who have used them for their own installs. Great service, would definitely use again!

If i could give zero stars I would.I had my system installed 8th February 2022 and paid the $5000 upfront rather than going the payment plan option. It is now the 2nd of March 2023 and my system is still not earning me rebates. I have emailed and phoned the company multiple times over the last year to hear nothing back. The only time anyone has heard from the company is when I had Energy Victoria involved who unfortunately aren't able to help me any further.Definitely do not recommend.

Extremely disappointed!!We have paid in full ($10,000+) for a new solar system installed at our home.I have since called, left voicemail messages, contacted online via their website and emails sent to more than one company representative.Not one single person has replied to my enquiry.No return phone call to discuss why we are unhappy and concerned with the install.Another solar installer has seen the works done at our house and their comment was my boss would not have me back at work if I installed like that!" Also we have been told that part of the install would not pass regulations

I had to wait 4 weeks for my install but I was told by my neighbour that would be the case as they are very good and in demand. Great guys that came out 2 day job as it’s a very large system. Trained me up on all the tips as to how to get extra savings from the system. Explained the design to me. I watched the work taking place and the attention to details was definitely as I was hoping for. Thanks Zenith.
