Could not be happier with the work Syndals did with my wedding dress. Price was also worth it. Yes, dry cleaning a wedding dress is so expensive but this place does it right. Loved that I got to check my dress before preservation and was even happier that when I found some areas that had been missed, it was no issue at all for the clean to be redone. Thank you!

I am very disappointed with this service, I picked up my wedding dress and on inspection there were still stains visible on the dress which I pointed out at the time (this was not highlighted to me before collection). They agreed to send it back for a reclean, however today I went to collect it and no improvement from the original clean.As professions in the business I would have thought they would have been able to advise if my dress could have been thoroughly cleaned before taking payment, instead they take payment upfront (a steep fee of $580). I don’t believe the claims / testimonials on the website, given my own experience with this dry cleaners. After discussion with them, they only offered to refund $20 which is insulting.

These people are absolute magicians. Both wedding dress and flower girl dresses are like new. Not a single visible stain or even a hint there was one. Presentation of the finished product was sensational too. They take much pride in their service and results. So glad to be a customer. Thank you.
