The hubby got some engraving done by Mark today! Absolutely perfect. Mark was perfect!

Mark helped me with my old dead car door remote. He tried his very best to recover the old one not to mention going back and fort in the car park and store just to figure out the possible solutions. Appreciate his professionalism and very friendly approach. He has a good customer service and also being humorous at the same time. Mark, thank you!! I had a glass engraved at a different shop and I just wasn’t happy with the end result. He worked carefully to rewrite the design, checking along the way that I was happy with it and then engraved a new cup on the spot for me. He was so helpful and knowledgeable.
