Asked for a personal delivery for a care package to help a friend.Was quoted $20 dollars would be the rate for the size and weight.It was to collect some groceries for my friend who lives down there.Was advised they can't do it because they haven't done it before.Offered $100 dollars to do the job. Was Declined. Probably great if its within their usual service offering - confused me as I thought business was to make money transporting goods. Wouldn't recommend.

What a disreputable company. Have the unfortunate experience of an item required to be delivered to an address in the Wartook area, only to be advised by Caledonian Transport it wont deliver as it deems it to be outside its area. Delivery monies have been paid and accepted in advance for such transaction, yet Caledonian Transport now requires the purchaser to attend at its depot and convey the items to the address specified for delivery. I consider it it a somewhat fraudulent operation. Consumer Affairs Victoria have been notified.

Could not give zero stars. Terrible company. They are subcontracted by TNT but they do not deliver if it is out of their way as it is not worth their while". They then drop it off wherever they want (20km from our house) and you have to go and arrange pick up yourself.Would never recommend."
