Rude, unfriendly, poor service and incorrect information. Woman advised a particular product was able to be obtained due to current climate and that I would not be able to find it anywhere, however after ringing around found it around the corner in mass supply at another Art shop.

This little store is an absolute gem! The owner Christine is friendly, helpful and super knowledgeable, without trying to be pushy about up-selling. We've just started getting into Warhammer/miniature painting and have been able to get multiple supplies from here including a raphael 8404 sable hair brush, brush soap and a wet palette. The store itself is immaculate and amazingly well laid out, a real pleasure to walk into.

Do not go to this shop. The owner is snotty and unhinged. Everything is priced up. You will receive no service. Be treated terribly. Promises will not be kept.

I got almost all my art supplies (drawing) here except conte 1710 B pencils. Christine took my details and said she will source it for me. After a couple of months I got a call from her and she did get the pencils. I had forgotten about this and it was a very pleasant surprise. In these difficult covid times, she posted it to me, since we had another lockdown in Melbourne. Cost was reasonable ($5) as compared to officeworks ($8) (the only other place which has these specific pencils).I had a very good experience shopping here and would shop again in future.

The owner, Christina was rude and inhospitable. I was casually shopping for markers when she stepped away from a customer and looked over my shoulder to tell me not to touch the merchandise. I thought she was accusing me of shoplifting as others were touching as well. I was singled out and chose to leave. Her approach dissuaded me from browsing and ultimately buying the markers.

I love this art shop! It's always a stopover, on my trips to Geelong. Christine is so helpful and knowledgeable. I was looking for a good refillable ink pen that saves on throwing plastic away into landfill. Not only did Christine know her products, she had actually visited the place where the pen I purchased was made in England! This is old fashioned service is priceless in todays world.
