Craig and His team are fantastic at what they do . Our Enviopro Septic System has never operated correctly Until We found N.R.P.A.I. Craig was able to diagnose and fix what 3 other plumbers could not. Our system is now working and operating as it should.Craig has now been looking after our system for 3 years and we could not be happier with the service He provides.

I have never written a Goggle review before. However our experience with Craig has been so bad I felt compelled to do so.We initially had Craig take a look at our septic to make sure everything was in working order ahead of new tenants moving into our property. A few days after he had been the alarm went off on the system indicating a problem. I notified him but he didn't bother to return to the house to make sure everything was OK. He claims he was never told about the alarm going off but I texted him twice about it and he responded in both cases so I'm not sure where the confusion was.Several weeks passed and the tenants subsequently informed us that the system had overflown. Not surprisingly the pump had been flooded and needed replacing and the tank needed to then be pumped out.Craig arranged a pump out for us and installed a new pump. The bill came in at nearly $2,000, so we asked him for some information on the type of pump and amount of work involved etc to make sure everything was above board. It was quite difficult to get any information from him and he became quite evasive and argumentative. After speaking to two other plumbers, including my brother in law who is a plumber, it became clear that what we'd been charged was pretty expensive. With respect to the pump out, for example, we were charged $660 when the company that did the pump out only charged $400 (i.e. a $260 mark up - for what we're still not sure as he also charged us his hourly rate for waiting around for them to arrive and overseeing the pump out). He eventually amended the invoice but found something else he wanted to charge for and the whole thing just became a joke. He basically just charges whatever he likes it seems.I can't speak to the quality of Craig's work as I don't know anything about plumbing. However, in terms of communication, value for money and professionalism he rates very poorly and we definitely won't be using him again.

The invoice given for the small job done was triple the verbal quote. When doing the job the plumber worked slowly and needed to be called back to rectify an issue that should have been obvious to any tradesman. When I questioned the amount invoiced the plumber (Craig) was abusive and made threatening remarks.
