Our marketing manager was on leave for 5 weeks which was going to cause a lot of stress to the business, given the high volume of design needs. Louisa is a pleasure to deal with. I’ve “self-published” two books and she has always gone above and beyond with everything from service, communication, quality. Whenever things went pear-shaped (as can happen sometimes especially to high turn-around or postal stuff ups), Louisa has been most gracious and accommodating.
