Waiting 45 mins for someone to start my pedi is just the beginning to this horrible experience. The lady who started my pedi rushing so much, not caring at all so she could get to the next lady that had an appointment and was already waiting 20 minutes. When she finished there was a small black hair that had dried into my big toe, gross. I also inspected the rest of my toes and not a single one was filed straight and I had nail polish all on my cuticles, would not recommend this salon if it was the last one in noosa :(

I was told to sit in the chair for a deluxe pedicure. The girl that eventually started was up leaving me 15 times to serve other people.I was then given to another staff member who just rushed with the nail polish. I did say this to the salon and really didn’t give a dam about my comments. As I was leaving another couple of people went to go in and I told them about the service. They thanked me and went to the other nail salon in the complex.They assume been at the front entrance they will get the customers.It was not enjoyable. As per other comments don’t come here!!!!

This was a terrible experience. I booked 30 mins ahead and still had to wait. My shellac on my toes was removed with only the electronic file. No polish remover and foil used. Damaged my nail beds and surface. A different staff member sat to paint and realised how terrible my pedicure was and kindly tried to fix it. Overall terrible experience which took 90 minutes and I had to pay $60.

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst SNS manicure I’ve had in my life. Guy doing my nails had no idea what he was doing. No one knew what the SNS top coat was (the one that dries naturally without the lights). He even put the cuticle oil on AFTER I had washed my hands and said, “all done”. I was mortified. My nails look all rough, not smooth and shiny like after a good manicure. Am going home to remove it as it looks so terrible. Feel sick that I just paid $55 for this. Never going back. Just shocking.

This place I would not recommend. 0 stars was not an option hence the 1. I waited 30 min before being served and in doing so watched at least 3 other people (with no appointment) come in and be served. This has happened on numerous occasions to me and my friends. When I do get served it is rushed and on two visits,2 days later the acrylic nails came clean off from me just changing

Ive been going here for years... finally last straw was waiting for over 30 minutes especially when I rang and booked appointment. I walked out.Rude service is an understatement!Owner needs to stay away from customer service. She points and yells at you in Vietnamese. So rude.I’m sick of sitting and waiting every single time especially when I’ve travelled 20 min to get there and be told YOU WAIT and watch walk ins get served before you when you’ve made an appointment.( I get it that they’re busy but seriously it’s beyond a joke double bookings over bookings).They are more interested in having a Vietnamese conversation than listening to what you ask for.It’s like that episode on Seinfeld when Elaine brought Frank Constanza in the nail salon as a spy as they were making fun of Elaine in Vietnamese and Frank was the translator! Same deal here! Anyway.....Avoid this rude establishment. Unprofessional attitude and behaviour but it hurts me to say that they do a nice job.... even though 3 people will have a go at your nails.Getting expensive now, only one top coat for French polish....They’re more interested in getting cash and say their eftpos is down. One time she said You go and get cash from atm as no eftpos.... so I did but amazingly when I returned eftpos was working! So had nails done again 2 weeks later and pulled same scam.Go elsewhere for nails, where? Not sure. This place is rude and disorganised. Just awful. Avoid!

I waited for 20 mins in my chair until I was finally served. I asked for shellac and mentioned that I was in a rush. The lady took a further 10 minutes to remove the polish on one of my feet. After she finished the other foot, I told her I had to leave as I was in a rush and she didn’t seem happy and asked how long I had. When I told her less than five minutes she responded by quickly grabbing nail clippers and cutting my nails so fast she clipped my skin. When I went up to pay I was charged $20 for removing scabs of nail polish and cuts to the skin. I will not be returning and could not recommend less.

Never have I had such a bad experience in a nail salon before. Horrible customer service. The lady reassured me she could do the nail art I wanted only for it to turn out horrible. She then charged me extra to remove the nail art. Will not be coming here again. Do not recommend.
