I have been going here for over 6 years now.. great people.amazing service.they will order things in for you if you need it.They delivered my orders as well in the weekends I think it was...but dont quote me on on that that may have changed.sooo friendly and always gives great advice

Absolutely appalled by the rudeness of some of the staff. Particularly a racist blonde worker who has no respect and who is verbally abusive. Perhaps you should hire workers who don't make false accusations about your customers. I will be sure to spread the message.

Was refused my own medication! I have Asthma and only becomes hard to breathe for me when the cold hits my lungs, I train in physical fitness so I never have a problem when exercising. But the lady refused to let me buy one Ashmol puffer, her reason was that I use it to much (two times a week just when it's cold) I didn't argue with her after I asked 'Are you not gonna let me buy my medication?' She said 'No I'm not' I went across the road and purchased one and was not asked about it.

Young guy was nice and was helping us lodge our Vaccines we got over seas. Then the pharmacist lady came over and stopped him and told us there was too much fluctuations" and to come back and have them lodge when we get out booster shot. So in other words she didn't want her time wasted today. Just kinda rude when the young guy had started it already and lodged my first dose."

Unfair treatment of guests, prioritizing service for Australians despite Asian people being ahead in the queue, lying, and racial discrimination, being told there were no vaccines available after arriving for a scheduled appointment to get vaccinated.
