My drive thru order was missing stuff - I rang and got a voucher. When i tried to use it the lady on drive thru was rude and told me it had already been used. I was the only one with this voucher number. So when they stuff up your order, then stuff up your voucher they just then fob you off and proceed to be rude.Maybe try getting my order right to start!USELESS!!!!!!!

This place is very convenient but my friends and I have had bad experiences the last few times we’ve come. My friend ordered a chocolate softserve without the cone (so in a cup) and we got a cup full of chocolate fudge sauce? I waited at the counter over 5 mins to order that day too. The last 2 times we’ve come here we’ve had to wait at least 15-20 mins- I’m not sure what has happened.

The food was good the fries were hot and fresh with a decent amount of salt and the burger was ok it was a bit messy and the beef tasted a bit dry the nuggets were ok they had a good crunch and crispy exterior but the interior was dry definitely needs sauce and I tried the potato scallops and they were very underwhelming and the chicken salt was not the same chicken salt I have a fish and chip shop the prices are good but overall decent I don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon tho

Disgusting and putrid mess everywhere, not a single table or part of the floor didnt have rubbish on it and bins were overflowing. Should be shut down for the conditions its left in

Really bad experience with them. Staff doesn't even respond properly. I was really waiting for my ubereats order for almost 30minutes, and then I just canceled my order and left the place. Those who order there food through ubereats or menulog would be surely getting cold food. I will never reccommend this palce to anyone.

Been getting coffee's everyday, for the last 3 years.After getting a medium soy latte/extra shot, for this period of time-they've made it incorrectly so many times and even after speaking with the managers. they still managed to get it wrong today.The response from the barista, is what im unhappy with.I was looked at or treated as though I'd made the mistake, coldest look ever with no sincerity or any professionalism. not even a fake apology.Please hire staff that are conscious, not rude and actually want to be there.

The staff are rude and have the hide to accuse you of being rude to them and refer you to the signs that they'll call the police (or ban you from their restaurant) if you happen to ask them quietly and politely to remake your order or give them any form of needing to do any real work. My order was missing and cold, after a 20 minute wait, no apology, but rather just a threat that if I caused a scene they'd call the police. I've never been impolite or rude to anyone, but I will not be spoken down to by some teenager who has never had any customer service or restaurant training in their life... Need to learn some respect of their own then they might receive some back, I don't condone their aggressive behaviour towards elderly people who go into a restaurant like McDonalds Charlestown to get a nice, quick meal only to be treated like dirt.
