Natalie has been amazing property manager since taking over my property. I had a number of issue happen simultaneously and Natalie kept on top of all the issues including dealing with owners Corp. At each stage Natalie kept me informed what was happening and also in a timely manner which is important as a property owner. On top of following up on all matters she even had the time to obtain a quote for other works that I needed done. Natalie takes the time to listen and follows instruction and has been very supportive.

Have NEVER EVER contacted Ray White Coburg and yet I’m still being hassled by Ray White Coburg agents.Have had phone messages and text messages left on my phone/s monthly for around 12 months now from various people at Ray White Coburg.Rude, Lack of respect, Pushy, Bullying, Harrassment, Unprofessional is the impression I now have of Ray White Coburg because of the agents who continue to pressure me.I’ve NEVER EVER told any single Real Estate company I was EVER interested in selling.Absolutely furious that Ray White Coburg won’t take no for an answer and continues to contact me and harass me to sell my house even though they’ve been told multiple times I’m not interested.

Marcy has been a great property manager. All the advertising and inspections were handled very well and the communications have been prompt and friendly. Highly recommend Ray White Coburg

An amazing experience from start to finish. Raphael, Hamza ,Tayla and the team at Ray White in Coburg made the sale of our house easy and painless. They was very honest from the beginning of the journey and helped us set realistic expectations given the unpredictability of the market.They kept us updated after each open inspection and followed up with nearly 100 groups that came through our property over the auction campaign.On auction day we were able to achieve a result that exceeded our expectations.A massive thank you to the team for an enjoyable experience.We would highly recommend his services and would definitely use him again in the future!

As a first time renter my experience with Ray White Coburg was nothing less of a nightmare.Not only was there absolutely no communication throughout our entire process from move in to moving out - we had to constantly battle our property agent to get anything in the house fixed the entire year. We lived with a front door that wouldn’t lock for a week because she believed we were at fault of the damages, our security alarm went off for 3 days straight without any assistance from our agent Cathy leaving us with no choice but to vacate the property over this period. We had water leaks through power outlets in bathrooms that never got followed up & the list goes on.As we were vacating the property we were again hit with the no communication on this process - leaving us with hours to hand in keys & we’re told our property manager had been changed within the last days.While I appreciate Natalie’s help with our bond process, even after settlement we are STILL getting emails stating owed expenses. When contacting the ‘new’ agent we were told these emails were not from her and ‘we should know because it wasn’t how she typed’Completely un excusable behaviour and explanations.The over all experience was nothing but a nightmare and we were all counting down the days to vacate the property.Please, do not lease from this company. My first experience as a renter was nothing short of hell.
