Kate was extremely helpful with our mattress selection. We had chosen a mattress that, due to its thickness, would require us buying new sheets etc. She showed us another mattress that we also are very happy with and cheaper than the first one. Hope she does not get into trouble for this outstanding customer service.

Absolutely amazing service. Great quality. The comfiest beds. We went to every bed shop in Port Macquarie and OMF were by far the best. Plus they offer a 200 night sleep guarantee, if you aren't happy with your bed you can exchange it. Tara was so lovely and helpful. The nicest, most genuine salesperson we encountered in all our shopping around. Thank you so much for our amazingly comfy new bed.

Maria was an absolute pleasure at the Port Macquarie store. She knew the products inside out and was more than happy to help.
