The girls are SUPER helpful here. Each time I’ve had to do click and collect because of lockdowns, the latest 5.0 and they didn’t disappoint. Always generous with their samples and this time was no exception. It’s because of samples that I often buy extra products so keep up the good work!

Lovely staff and great customer service. Isabella was so helpful and really lovely. She helped me find the perfect concealer for my skin!

I went to the shop to find my foundation before closing time. A Staff was so nice and friendly. She checked the item that I wanted and also found which shop it has. She asked me the sample which I never asked at other Mecca. Usually in Chadstone or other Mecca, if product is out of stock they just say “it’s out of stock so please check online store”. Mecca Brighton did one step ahead good customer service. She made me to come back again!

Love the customer service at Mecca! Explained the process over the phone. The pick up was quick and easy.I actually had a quality issue with one of the Hourglass brushes I bought and they were great with the exchange. They even gave me a little freebie sample box!This is why Mecca is hands down a better place to shop than Sephora - it's all about the customer service.

I hadn’t visited this particular Mecca store before but booked in for a ‘Glam Make-up’ service - the team here were simply incredible.I was looked after by Georgia, and words can’t express how thankful I am to her. I was quietly eloping that day but still wanted look and feel great, and Georgia went over and above to provide the most wonderful service, which also resulted in the most perfect outcome. She took the time to understand what I wanted, but also provided lots of ideas and guidance. She clearly takes a lot of pride in her work, and I could not have been more thrilled with where we landed.So just wanted to say a massive thank you to Georgia at Brighton for making my day.Will definitely be a Brighton customer moving forward.

Went in late last Saturday with a girlfriend. They were close to closing but Maddy was exceptional. She was honest about what our skin needs as it matures, wasn’t pushy and was warm and inviting! And she actually asked if we had any skin sensitivities or allergies before she recommended products! What a confident, kind, hard working and honest young woman. Careful Mecca I may poach her…! Give her a bonus cos she solely is the reason for this review. Be proud of your team!

Always so many staff that are friendly and attentive. Buying a gift card is made so easy and the way gift cards are presented in their boxes, with wrapping and the beautiful carry bag has made my Christmas shopping so easy.

Why bother buying from Mecca and being a level 3 beauty loop customer when you can’t even get one. Spent $380 in store and hoped to pick up the beauty loop bonus only to be told that it’s out of stock in store, online and not being replenished. Sephora is where I’ll shop now. Will never shop here again.

Amazing customer service and advice from their skin specialists <33I had been struggling with hormonal acne for years and had seen multiple GP’s with no results. Walked into Mecca Brighton looking for a new facial moisturiser and was handed to the skin specialist for advice. Their skin specialist spent approximately 30mins with me discussing different cleanser and moisturiser options and gave me two samples to take home for free.I have been following a new cleanser/moisturiser routine based of the skin specialists advice for about 4 months now and I’ve seen incredible improvements with my skin. My cystic acne has completely stopped and my skin is looking so much healthier.This experience was life changing and I am soo sooooo grateful!!
