The hand car wash is always out of service, sometimes only one bay is available and the wait times are too long. Fix your car wash it’s so unorganised.

The carwash needs a bit of an upgrade as usually there is only 2 at a for working but otherwise not a bad service station. Customer service he's very good as well

Carwash is always closed, it's the only manual carwash in sunbury and it's always flooded, not working and closed off. When it is working the mud is ridiculous (I know they can't help customers having muddy cars but there is never a clean of them, probably whats causing them to flood) and commonly the soap doesn't work and just pumps out water.

Car wash is a disgrace. 2 bays have been out of order for months. Mud and dirt underfoot throughout the complex. A 15 year old could sort it out in two hours.

Do not use the auto car wash, I understand using recycled water but it smelt horrible and was filthy water (green/brown) being sprayed all over the car. Had to turn on internal air only and definitely didn't wash it as well compared to other similar auto washes. It's clearly not part of the upkeep either with the walls themselves needing a wash down and mould growing all over the wash arms and internal fixtures.

The store is good but what’s up with the auto car wash? Used it yesterday & not even a decent clean, plus the dryer/blower didn’t work. 1 star rating cuz literally was pointless. Waste of money & time!The photos are AFTER the wash.
