We've been able to order staff clothing and promotional products in the numbers and time frames required. Highly recommended!

Thanks for kitting me up for work! I came in on the 11th and the 12th December 2017. Fantastic service from the new lady (sorry I can't remember her name.) As soon as I walked in I was greeted asked if I needed help. She helped me get everything I needed. Fantastic customer service.Got steel toe cap boots and some pants/long sleeved shirt and a sun hat.

If you have any sort of custom work needed, find another business..If you want to browse their clothing in person, find another business..Staff weren't interested in helping find shirts and every question I asked they told me to just look on our website" while I was in the store.I had a custom piece made

We have been using Brandworx for our promotional products for over 5 years. We are very happy with the quality of the products. The team is always very attentive to our needs and great to deal with. Nothing is ever a problem! No hesitation in recommending this company!

Attended a plumbing job here and the hot water had obviously been off for a very long time but the owner lied about it. Got the idea to get some custom printed shirts for my other business while I was there though. Pretty straight forward but they still managed to mess it up. Came back some weeks later to pick up the shirts and the hot water was still switched off. The same dead cockroach was still there on the floor now in pieces. I don't think they ever clean this place. I've seen some things in my time on this job but it's not often you encounter and owner who deliberately creates a health hazard. Why you would do that on purpose I don't understand. Violation of the state health code. And get a cleaner!

First time visiting the store. Exceptional customer service. Sales assistant Tracey went out of her way to help with fitting new boots. Staff certainly know their product. Didn't realise what a large range of work attire they also provided. Will certainly be returning.

As a Procurement Officer, I have dealt with Brandworx now for many years and have found extremely professional, the staff are amazing and always helpful.Just noticed that they have a Father's Day gift pack, FANTASTIC idea.
