The only problem I have had with this KFC is the drive-through is a big tight. If you have a large vehicle best to walk in.

The staff at this place are nice people.. I know they cop a lot of unnecessary abuse here and it would take a lot to push through all that.They’re good and genuine and are working with what they have.And please if you’re a customer here try to show a bit of empathy and kindness, it can go a long way.Want to thank the staff for being so kind to me personally. Great work!

Visited on 16/02/2023, 21:30.Drive through staff were rude when ordering, horrible customer service. Waited over 20 minutes and there was no one else in the restaurant or going through the drive through.Restaurant dead quiet, went up to the counter and asked where my meal was to be told it’s coming.Meal was stone cold when it finally got walked out to my car, was told my stuff was upgraded but I had already paid for it all to be large so no upgrade done to make up for the horrible wait in the car while it’s 30+ degrees.Would not recommend.

Grabbed a couple of $4.95 meals today,two wings chips potato and gravy and a Pepsi, I have to say lovelymeal, only thing missing was a spoon but that's ok cause I will have it tomorrow. You need to visit here, absolutely best chips I have ever had.well done KFC.

After Menulog failed to deliver our order I spoke to the manager and she was so very helpful and friendly. Very happy with the service. ( it was the night of the long weekend in June, sorry I didn’t get her name) thank you very much, my kids will not forget that.

Waited nearly 5 mins b4 someone seen me at counter.The chicken always seems to be over cooked in this shop. Crumbs always seem to be dark brown instead of that orange sort of colour and very dry

Pretty slow service unfortunately. The chips were smoking hot though so that was a plus but I think the chicken had been sitting in the box for a while, while the chips were cooking so the chicken was cold. It’s still kfc so would go back, just disappointing when some parts are good and others aren’t

Went through the drive through & was told again! No chicken pieces so either wait for them to cook or have tenders. An extra dinner roll given due to this but got home & chips were missing. I usually check before I drive away as 90% of the time something is missing. Lack of training or no initiative?? It’s not hard to check the order before it’s handed to the customer!
