Ripped off$ 320 for nothing they did nothing I will never go back they really didn't no what was going on he just guessed that it was turbo

6 weeks and $800 and they couldn't find the problem with the zd30. Every time they said they would ring back, it was never on time or I would have to phone them back. Took it to another mechanic and 2 sensors later, it runs like a Swis watch. It sure beats the diagnosis of replace the motor, replace the injector pump and replace the computer. If you want a tune, perhaps. If you want repairs, definitely not the place to go!!!

Highly recommend!!Great friendly service from all staff I met. They identified a problem I wasn’t aware of, which saved me from a very expensive fix in the long run.The staff stayed back passed their closing time to work on my car so I could have it for the weekend which is a service rarely seen in any industry these days.Hard to find a good mechanic out there, but this is one of them. Will be coming back.

Don’t! Just don’t!5 months to replace a gearbox and injectors. I get that delays will happen. But you will not be communicated with and the you will be ignored!The job Failed in less than 24 hours!Failed to fix under warranty and was then extorted. Actually made to pay in order to get my car away despite being a warranty repair. It took them a month to admit that they had no clue as to what went wrong! A further 5 months with two other workshops to fix damage caused by Jordan and co. Nearly a YEAR without a car whilst suffering from a disability. These guys do noT care.Spent around $14000 and treated like dirt!Rude! Abusive! Arrogant! and incompetent! Ready with excuses and no mechanical ability! The owner will actually ignore you and even hide from you when you attempt to discuss your business.

Awesome company to deal with. Nothing is a problem for them and the follow up calls only enhance the customer service. If you want your engine and transmission re mapped or a service done I would highly recommend Diesel Tuning Brisbane to get it done. I went from 20-25 ltrs per 100km down to 15.2 per hundred. WARNING PLEASE READ PRIOR TO DEALING WITH DIESEL TUNING BRISBANE.Thank you for your response Jordan, but I also would like you to share an honest reply. Instead, you twist the truth and try to save face.1. The vehicle was brought to you to rectify yes correct.2. It doesn’t matter who the vehicle was booked through this is an arrogant comment and you should treat the client or representative in the same manner. I’m the one paying you not my representative.3. The vehicle unfortunately was booked through the mechanic I was using at the time. He recommended you for some reason. I questioned his decision as after speaking with another local mechanic his words where “ I wouldn’t use Jordan he doesn’t know what he is doing”. Well didn’t that turn out right. The mechanic at the time assured me he has spoken with you about the situation and you had responded that yes, I can fix it.4. After your initial inspection you then send me a General Release of Liability form to sign. So, you were aware of the issues but it seems definitely not confident in fixing them.5. You sent the car back to the mechanic to say everything was done. After he took it for a drive, he picked up that it wasn’t right. You said bring it back and had it for a week. After ringing you twice you still hadn’t returned my calls. I was leaving on Saturday for a 2-week holiday and needed the car but you failed to give me any customer service at all. I then left a message with the girls and said I’m coming to get the car I need it for my trip we can sort it out when I return. Your response was “he can not get the car before payment or I will put it on the hoist”. I was more than happy to pay, but you had not bothered to talk to me. So now I had paid for a car that was in worse condition then when I took it to you.6. I then tried to drop the car back over a 2-week period on return but you still apparently had work shop issues. Yet you still carried on with other jobs. A third party said more excuses, he should be able to do what he needs to get the car right.7. The only phone call I received was one at 7:30 at night directly after I left my first review. Previous to that 4 phone calls went without any return call over a 3-week period.8. I think most people would understand my frustration. It seems your client base may diminish a little with now 2 local mechanics not recommending you. I really hope you invest my $1000.00 that you have into some communication or technical training.A massive shout out to the team at Zuce Automotive. After talking with them about my situation they got me in the next day. Not only that, the mess the car was left in was fixed that day. No excuses, no general release of liability forms to sign, no payment until I was 100% happy with the car after pick up. Absolutely amazing. Can't say enough about these guys. Jordan and the team at Diesel Tuning Brisbane were friendly, extremely knowledgeable, great customer service and the work they did on my car was second to none. After having a few mild modifications done to my vehicle for touring purposes my diesel consumption had dropped from 8.3ltrs/100km down to 11.3ltrs/100km. After having the car tuned by Jordan and his team I was hoping for a mild increase in fuel economy and power. What I ended up with was a car that cruised home with little effort and a boost in fuel economy to 10.3ltrs/100kms. I will definitely be using them again in the future. Thanks heaps Jordan for an awesome job. Well worth the investment.
