Been coming here with my sister for months mainly for mma training. Sessions here always end with us feeling extremely satisfied and significant improvements from us both. He is very motivated and passionate about what he does, every technique he explains in detail to help us build the correct habits. I have had lower back and leg injuries that no other doctor or physio has been able to help. It has plagued me for years and eventually forced me out of a lot of sporting activities. However, after one rehab session with simon, my bad leg had turned into my good leg in an one hour session only. He understands our needs, especially for athletes. Unlike other specialists, he provided me with an opportunity to continue training without needing to stop due to my injuries. 100% recommend.
