Called Jared today and he sent Carter same day to unblock our waste/sewer line. Carter arrived on time, was friendly, courteous and respectful. Carter was very thorough, diligent and provided the time to explain what was going on and next steps from start to finish. Carter did an excellent job taking care to ensure it was done properly and showed evidence via the camera of the work he has done. The price was fair and reasonable with no attempt to overcharge. I’d highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a great professional plumbing business with great people!

We recently had a rainwater tank re-footed, and broken pump replaced, and are very happy with the results. The work was completed quickly, without fuss, and every effort was made to accomodate the constraints of our site. We've used Botanical in the past for a HWS replacement/relocation and a blocked drain and it's always been a positive experience.
