Lovely shop and cafe. It was however odd the Saturday before Christmas and every Saturday they are only open 10am to 1pm. I was disappointed when I asked for help to find a book on a topic and opened up about something personal, that the 3 staff whom heard my enqury were not very helpful and did not treat the sensitive topic with care. And this was very different to the way Koorong staff approach such topics.

first visit and went for a catch up with family. we didn't eat but the courtyard cafe was delightfulm with gardens well-maintained. A little bit of peace and quiet in the middle of a busy Erina. Loved the gift shop and the bookshop.All in all, a lovely atmosphere. It was busy the day we went so service was a little slow but was worth the wait. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and staff were lovely
