Ok so I wasn't dressed quite and eloquently as the guy who answered the door in polished shoes, shirt and tie, but I was told very sternly that they do not deal with the public. The way the representative spoke to me definitely has arrogant and pompous overtones. I would never speak to a potential customer like that or would at least be willing to provide some help.
