Went in to get an upgrade and change plans from prepaid to post-paid. Waited 30 mins ( reasonable) however I had physical driver license with previous address , photo ID and a digital copy of my passport and current driver license. I was turned away as they dont accept a digital id /soft copy which has all details they need, I decided to do the process online myself and it took me 15 minutes and my order is on the way.Its 2023 for crying out loud.! The shop can run faster seamlessly if they embrace the technology their selling otherwise its bloated service.

45 minute drive to be told at 3-45 pm at the Mandurah Telstra store we need to make a booking for 10 days tme as they were booked out. We were there 3 minutes & the store was empty by the time we left. We were there to buy a phone. If we ran our business like that we would go broke. Shocking Telstra.

I went into the Mandurah store this morning to change my plan. The customer service I received from Shelpa was extraordinary. She was Soo patient and helpful. Explained everything to me so I left the store having had such a positive experience. Thanking you so much Shelpa

A disappointment once again, explained to front person what i wanted, given an appointment in two hours, waited another 30 minutes after this to be told they didn't have any of the things i needed at their shop. Front person shoukd if been able to tell me this in the first place.

Had a great experience with the staff on the weekend, even though they were under the stress, and constant pressure of customers stopping in. Each person was services with respect and understanding.These staff member do not get paid enough for the amazing job they do.Please Telstra put on more staff on Sunday and re-open the Halls Head shop on Saturday and Sunday.

Absolutely useless , a waste of time and energy.No help at all , they don’t point you in the right direction to get the help you require , just sending back and forth wasting your time.Telstra , sort out your employees and employ people that will do their job.Kindly regret going through Telstra thank you for your time and wasted energy ☺️

Telstra are going the same way as the banks......they have someone to greet you to book you in for a rep when they could fix the problem themselves. All I wanted was a replacement sim but manager with the I pad said all reps were booked out needed to book another day...she said then go to jb hi fi......which I did....the guy there was very busy.more than telstra manager was but happy to help me which only took a matter of5 minutes.....imagine if jbs operated like telstra or the banks thanks jbs and I'm glad your not making your stores look like up market coffee shops

I highly recommend the staff member Eric Hsieh at the Mandurah store. I found him very knowledgeable, friendly, honest and helpful. He followed up to ensure our service was up and running correctly and that we were happy.
