I had my 80 series Landcruiser in for some work to be done. I gave them a list which been written down from my phone. Yet having the list they changed my engine oil and charged me for it even its wasn't on the list. My steering wheel was slightly off and when calling they was no word of being sorry. Over the weekend I noticed that my handbrake extremely likely wasn't adjusted either and when cleaning my car yesterday and taking off my tyres, one of my brand new wheel studs been cross threaded by them. So definitely not happy with the current service at all.

If you’re going to use these bogans then you might want to check your tyres before and after. They love hooning down 50km zone streets around Mayfield in YOUR car, doing sharp u-turns and skidding YOUR tyres as they accelerate at speed! And if the police have your rego then it’s because we’ve recorded their uniform-wearing employees driving your car and handed it over! I hope you're insured!Ps: Thanks for taking the time to respond and asking me to contact you direct to discuss. I called twice on Tuesday to discuss the issue and spoke with Luke(?). He told me you had permission to use the streets of Mayfield to “test” cars from both NSW Police and the “RTA”. Calls to both organisations denied they’d give permission for cars to be tested the way you seem to do so - especially in the wet. I have no intention of trying to speak with someone about the issue a third time. It would also be interesting to know whether any of your “test” drivers are P-platers in which case they’re not displaying P-plates. It’s simple. Stop using the streets of Mayfield inappropriately and I wouldn’t need to leave this review. Have respect for the neighbourhood - and people’s cars you’re testing.And unless it stops I’m going to start publishing the registration details of the cars you’re using at excessive speed so owners are aware.

I really respect these folks for thier honesty and integrity. They wont try to con you out of paying more than necessary.
