I wish I could've found this shop sooner, cos i been looking around for a new couch for a while, great place to shop for a quality furniture at a lower price , great staff as well , included in the price is a free delivery , and was delivered in my place 3 hours later.i recommend to check this place out .shout out to the delivery guy ozzy , awesome fella.

Bought a sofa not even 3 months ago and now it started making funny noises when u sit and get up and I made a complaint to the store and finally a Rude guy is coming and identifying himself as store owner and telling me we have broke the wooden part inside the sofa in less than 3 months and it’s not a manufacturer fault and after a big argument with him he finally accepts that he will fix it for me if I pay him $170 for delivery which I clearly refused because it’s not my fault why would I pay for their mistakeI told him I will make a complaint to fair trading that you selling faulty products to your customersHe left my place saying do whatever you like to doI have put a complaint to fair trading and I’ll advise anyone having problems with their products please file a complaint on them with fair trading so they can stop them ripping off people by selling faulty productsI have read a lot of comments from unhappy people but unfortunately I ignored themPlease guys pay somewhere you can buy quality

They are the best. Amazing customer satisfaction. They were never pushy and helped us choosing the sofa. The sofa bed is excellent quality as well. And I need not mention anything about the prices which are the best in the industry. Their delivery guy was outstanding as well and was very professional in his work.

Friendly and helpful staff, larger selection of furntiture than expected (and new stock every 2 weeks). Deals were too good to pass over, bought a new dining suite and bed frame there and then, with same day delivery! Deliveryman pulled through and arrived in the evening despite poor weather conditions and still got the job done.

The warehouse is massive and has varieties of products to choose from. I felt overwhelmed and very happy with their customer service.When I got in first, Suren assisted and looked after me the entire time. He gave few options that I might like.Excellent choice that I have at home and would like to thank you all there.Keep up the good work guys and highly recommended this place.

3 months ago we purchased furniture for our house. Really happy with our couches and bed. But, we bought a dining table that was a lemon. Seriously worst buy ever. Lasted only few months and it started bubbling. When we contacted the company, they said that it was our fault, because the table was made out of a board and wall paper on top. No one even mention that when we purchased it. So you could not put on it hot glasses or cold glasses or actually use it as a dinning table. Reminder that we paid good money, for a table that we though it was wood. The company only offer us to buy another one at cost price. So they wanted more money for something we weren’t happy with! This is a joke, I m really disappointed with the service. I have been a client for the last 6 year. But one think is for sure, not coming back.
