The ladies at Air Liquide Healthcare Southport , were friendly, informative and helpful regarding my new cpap machine and its use. I think their names were Janet and Tracey... thanks ladies, bedding down with my machine isn't as difficult as I anticipated....I'm now enjoying a full nights sleep.If you're having sleeping problems I recommend contacting Janet or Tracey at Air Liquide Healthcare Southport.Thanks againJohn Hopkins,

Janet and Tracy are absolutely incredible! Five star service every time, they are always cheerful, extremely helpful, they also go above and beyond to ensure I got the best fit and use of my mask. Now I have the best nights sleep ever. Thanks again ladies you truly are wonderful.

Update. I think they use an answering service which is the cause of the bad service. When I personally had to drive to Southport and get my replacements they sorted it out on the spot. So this review not directed at them. Although they should have contacted me directly to sort out the issues.PREVIOUS POSTHopeless! Placed order nothing happened. This is the second time they've done this.

Would recommend this wonderful service to anyone struggling to sleep.They are so knowledgeable and passionate about helping patients improve their sleep. Friendly team with an extremely professional service. The follow-up support is very informative and they guide you all the way with any fine adjustments that need to be made with the CPAP machine & mask.

Industrial style bussines model in this clinic where quantity of clients trumps quality of service. Your phone calls will be ignored so will your voice messages. ( took me 20 days of calling to get a hold) Absolute nightmare of a clinic to deal with do not recommend.
