Saleslady was helpful and put together a great outfit but the service wasn't family friendly. She visibly panicked when my daughter touched a skirt and rushed over to put it back.

I actually stopped shopping in store due to staff rudeness but it looks like that has DEFINITELY changed!Across the whole store all staff were happy to chat and assist. Even with my toddler being a little energetic in store.The staff member screening at the front who then assisted us went the extra mile which was a nice change.Look forward to coming for another shop shortly :)

Ordered a Beach Towel Online and it was packed and delivered from the Penrith Store with the security tag still attached. Called their 1800 number and was told to go in store to have it removed or they will send a Return bad (FOC) and it will take 5-10 business days for them to send me another.Very inconvenient.

Spoke with the Penrith manager today to deal with an exchange as the stitching on the jumper had come off already. This was given as a Christmas gift. The manager was extremely rude and arrogant. I had the tags and receipt still, however refused to help and blamed the person who 'gifted' the item. The manager told me that the person who gave it to me was disgusting" for gifting it to me like that. She also implied I was lying. Unbelievable level of service from this reputable company."

Never going back again, partner bought me a bag that I didn’t really like, so went to return in plastic with tags and in the 30 day period. First I sat at the counter for 10 min with the staff looking at me and not coming over to assist, then told me I could not refund it as if had a mark of “spilled coffee” which I don’t even drink coffee, I asked if she could clearly just wipe it and kept repeating in my face that “it’s not in sellable condition”. I Grabbed the bag wiped it, the Mark came off straight away then she still said it’s not refundable after there was clearly no mark. Absolute rudeness from that store.

A horrible experience. I purchased a bag for my partner for Christmas. Prior to purchasing I confirmed with the store manager that it was possible to return for a refund if there were any issues with the bag or if my partner wanted something else even though I was purchasing with a Westfield gift card. Two days later I came to return the bag and was served by Cathy who insisted this was not possible and I would have to have the returned on a country road gift card. She then proceeded to “call” her manager out the back and then came back out and refused to provide the refund. Horrible service, especially around this time of the year - think twice before you buy something from this Country Road.

Staff are quite rude! They refused me a substantial refund on some baby clothes that still had tags and had clearly never been worn. They also said the exchange was due to expire and I was ‘ lucky to be getting a credit note’ as it was. I found them unfriendly, unhelpful and unprofessional to say the least. Then when returning home I re-checked the receipt and I definitely had another 3 months for a full refund. Pretty infuriating. I’ll be using my credit note online or at another store simply to avoid them. Such a shame they’re like this.
