I love coming to Total Voice Studio to have lessons with Darren. My voice has developed to become stronger, richer and unforced with much more balance between the upper and lower registers. Darren is a very experienced singing and voice coach who can work with all voice types and genres. I feel so much more confident in my ability because of him. My vocal range and it's weaknesses have improved so much since I began training at Total Voice Studio. His techniques and helpful insights really get results. I do my personalised warm up, that Darren developed for my voice, every night before I perform and it has helped so much, especially on long tours.

I came to Darren by way of a recommendation from a friend... I used to sing as a kid but grew a bit more self conscious as an adult. I had the sense that I had a decent instrument but I wasn't really sure how to play it and was embarrassed enough that I'd stopped singing for 10ish years.Darren has helped me to pinpoint technical issues with my voice using drills that have given me more technical control. He's got a huge grab bag of corrective techniques and his years of experience and research allow him to very precisely identify and address problems.After our lessons, I feel more confident in my voice and I am more comfortable belting out a tune in front of of people.
