We absolutely love our porous paving! Mike and Dawn and team did an amazing job with our new house. This is the second time they have made a driveway for us. (Our old house had a beautiful porous paving driveway too). They are wonderful to work with in the planning phase - nothing was too much trouble. We were building in Melbourne, we had strict requirements on permeability from the council. I didn't know about permeable concrete until we discovered New Dawn's stand at the Melbourne Home Show. From then on they were nothing but professional, organising an estimate over email, then firming up an onsite quote. The job was completed promptly and everything was left very tidy. The finished product (two permeable side walk paths) looks fantastic and putting the house in them is an impressive party trick when friends come over. This is a great product, anyone considering Lillydale toppings or similar products should really reconsider and spend the extra money if they can. We utilised an experienced independent builder to build our townhouses who was also very impressed with the work done by Mike and Dawn. All paper work including a written warranty came through promptly after payment. A pleasure to deal with.
