This company installed security cameras around my house. They were simply the best from start to finish. Fast and efficient, on time, perfect quality install, cleaned up at the end, took the time to make sure we understood how everything works, and even saved me money because they didn't use all the equipment they quoted on. Amazing! And now, many months later they are just a phone call away for advice or resetting the system if I ever need help. Great customer service!

We approached Techease to provide an integrated solution to secure our property. We had seen various security/automation products at retail stores (some suggesting it was an easy DIY job!) but we weren't too sure what worked and didn't. Techease were able to integrate a solution that fully covered our home (inside and out) and put control of the system on our phones/iPad. So, even if we are away, we can view and talk to whoever presses our door bell - or photograph anyone sneaking around. That way people don't know if we are around the corner or lying on the beach in North Queensland. We can even look back 30-days to see who might have visited our premises. Once the system was designed, Techease provided one of their electrical installation partners to do the install. Techease then inspected that the work was professionally installed to their standards.
