Have called four times in the past hour only to be hung up on every time. What disgusting service. Definitely won’t be giving them my time or money now.

We went there to inquired about prepaid modems as my wife wanted to upgrade to 5G, but were told they didn't have any at all. She jumped on the net later and found there WERE prepaid modems available, but ONLY through the website. I personally don't think the customer service is up to scratch, and Optus is just interested in how much money they can make.I'd go with someone else that ONLY runs on the Optus network (like Amaysim), but is NOT Yes Optus.The only good thing was that there were tablets set up for customers to browse the products instead for waiting goodness knows how long for a person to become available.

Worst customer service ever the only good 1 is the big guy that I've been dealing with for years ..wasn't there when I went in this time and the new staff are hopeless!!

I got IPhone 14 pro on plan from just to find out the device heats up like a heater. I took it back for review just to wait one week without phone so they finally said this phone has no issues. I feel like carrying a mini boom in my pocket. Also worst customers service.If you’re getting IPhone please make sure you charge the device before purchasing.

Good luck getting a phone call answer to the shop on hold for 10 minutes then gave up

WARNING THE PUBLIC THAT THIS STORE IS VERY UN!PROFESSIONAL EXPECT THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE TO BE EXPECTED. THEY LIE. THEY CONVINCE YOU TO BUY OR SIGN UP FOR CONTRACTS THAT ARE POOR QUALITY AND TELL THINGS THAT ARE NOT IN THE CONTRACT. DONT BE PRESSURED IN. TAKE YOUR TIME BETTER YET, GO ELSE WERE !THEY WITHHELD MY PHONE FOR 4 DAYS OUT OF SPITE BECAUSE I RANG UP TO SEE IF MY PHONE WAS DELIVERED THAT WAS AFTER THE 48 HOURS. I KNEW MY PHONE WAS THERE IN STORE. FOR5 DAYS AS PER OPTUS TRACKING.BEAWARE!

Worst customer service, signed us up for 2 incorrect products with no help. Have been misled by the staff there several times. They will not fix the problem. No call back when they book it with you. Staff do not know correct information for customers. Have wasted over 2 weeks trying to sort out the mess they have caused. Optus in total have let us down badly
