Always Cool Air Conditioning has been my workplace for nearly 8 years (November 2018) and happy to say we have a great team here and that starts from the top being the owners right through to all employees. Have no issue with the service and workmanship. I do have an issue with my 80 year old mother being charged (according to the invoice), $55 call out fee and $110 for an hour labour. Rain caused some delay, but the bottom line is he was here for less than an hour and it cost $165 to be told its broken and needs replacing. Suggest that is a tad expensive

Excellent customer service - rang a few companies to get quotes/availability for a service/clean on our work a/c system - Always Cool had by far the most pleasant & efficient customer experience. Work was done earlier than expected & exactly as quoted, professionally & thoroughly. We will definitely use Always Cool for our future requirements.

Great company to deal with, from reception to the service guys. This is the second time I have used them to service our air conditioners. Chris arrived this morning right on time and wasted no time sorting out a small problem we had, then getting on and servicing the units. Very friendly and professional service - an absolute pleasure to deal with

I can’t recommend this company enough. They were quick, professional and friendly when responding to my initial inquiry. They came back with the lowest quote for the same Fujitsu unit (I requested quoted from a number of local companies). They showed up on time, we’re efficient, friendly and extremely tidy. Aircon unit works like a dream and I also added on the rust treatment - highly recommended.

Cannot praise these guys enough. From the quoting, through the admin process and to the installation these guys exceeded my expectations. Thanks to Paul's advice I ended up with a deluxe rather than a standard model for about the same price as another quote which turned out to be for a standard model. Quoted, bought and installed within about a week. Unbelievable. Always friendly, always efficient, always easy to deal with, Always Cool!!

It pays to support local business! Always Cool were prompt in their response to our concerns even though it was just after the Xmas/New Year break. Our old system needed replacing and after a short wait due to high demand for their services the results and pricing were fantastic. Their installers were efficient and thorough and the Office staff were very approachable and pleasant. I would recommend locals to give these guys a go. Thumbs up all round.

Always Cool installed our AC and i just cant recommend them highly enough. The staff were great and the install was done with no fuss and they cleaned up after themselves. Did a really professional job.
