We were tenants of a property managed by Capri Realty for over 10 years and they were always so great to deal with.We moved into the property as 19 year old's and had a lot of issues with other real estate agents not wanting to rent to us as we were so young and students. Capri Realty reviewed our application and our prior rental and had no hesitation after meeting us, it was great to have trust placed in us.If I had a property to be managed, I wouldn't hesitate to use Capri Realty as their dealings were always prompt and professional.

Capri Realty has managed our investment property for a number of years. During this time Hanna, Graham and their wonderful team have been nothing short of excellent. Their customer service, pro-active management style, sourcing of valued tenants, professionalism and overall efficiency has been second to none.When it came to selling our property recently, Hanna has been fantastic in providing market trends/analysis, timing advice and guiding us through the sales process. Capri Realty has been managing my property for just over 9 years now and they’ve done a fantastic job in managing it. They have always been very professional and responsive in managing tenants expectations & issues and the communication has been second to none with myself when dealing with them. I once had a really bad group of young kids who I naively rented the property to and they came to the resuce and dealt with everything from the non-payment of rent to going to court to manage the process of eviction to the end. I would highly recommend Hannah, Graham and Marie to any prospective landlords looking for a team that go over and beyond expectations to ensure their property is managed like if it was their own.

I cant recommend capri realty enough. After renting through capri for quite sometime these agents we're some of the best I've ever dealt with. Marie and Graham were So Easy to deal with, fast application and easy vacate process. Anything I needed, maintenance to the property etc was delt promptly and without any hassles. Im in a domestic violence situation and they were very understanding compassionate regarding myself and my children's safety throughout my lease. They really went the extra mile for me and I'm very grateful & thankful . If I ever need to rent again in the future they will be the first company I call 5 stars isn't enough I'm giving them a 10/10

He was very professional and guided me through the application process without hesitation or judgement. My elderly father passed away in November 2022 and I faced with the task of selling my parents holiday unit which hadn’t been used for 20 years. Being based in Sydney the task to make the property suitable for sale was daunting. Hannah and Graham arranged for the contents to be packed and sent to Sydney and the unit to be cleaned and repaired and made ready for sale, which went very smoothly and achieved a good price.
