Excellent service, reliable and trustworthy

I have had my car at many service centres in Melbourne. To be honest I haven't been very pleased, whenever I took it. However, the best service that I have ever had is at Euro One Service. I took the car for transmission service, they got it done in less than 24 hours, they gave me a discount without me asking for it and also fixed my day light in the car without even telling me that they have done extra work. That's what I call a 5-star SERVICE. Definitely, I won't look for another mechanic ever again.BEST SERVICE EVER!

BMW 2009 335i. Had repeated issues with the engine light coming on and ‘limp mode’ (where power is limited on your car). I tried 3 different known BMW mechanical shops. The responses ranged from ‘We cannot find anything’ to ‘think it is this’ then 3 weeks later they had not touched it. By coincidence I found Euro One Service - Yousef took the time to explain to me what was going on, methodically worked through solutions and checked it with me prior to purchasing any parts/fixing the issue.Both issues were fixed!!! This is a common issue with BMW but what is not common is someone fixing it. I unreservedly recommend Euro One Service. Thanks Yousef.
