Chapter and Song Photography captured our family beautifully in a playful, relaxed and natural photography session. Whilst photographing small children can often seem messy and chaotic, Emily’s calm and playful approach made it seemless! We love how our children’s personalities were captured perfectly. When I first contacted Emily, she was very friendly over the email exchange and provided detailed information.The booking system was user friendly. Once the booking was made. She provided a lot of recommendation and specific suggestions as how to create the best shoot.We had a lot of time to prepare for the day.On the day, although it was our first time meeting her in person but it seriously felt like catching up with an old friend.She's very relaxed and beautiful photographer, from the inside as well as her outside ;)She gave us suggestions as what to do in the pictures when required, otherwise, it was rather relaxed and fun.My kids love Emily and they are still asking when we can invite her over for a play date.The end result of the shoot is amazing. Em has done a couple of family photo sessions for us now they have been just wonderful. She is so lovely and accommodating, booking is very easy and I'm almost certain that the beautiful photos she manages to wrangle out of my chaotic 3 year are some form of magic. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Emily attended the birth of my son in October and I couldn’t of asked for a better or more professional experience. Emily arrived within 30 minutes of us calling her to say that labour had started. She was quiet and I didn’t even know she was there which is exactly what you want for a birth photographer. She captured the most beautiful raw images of my labour and birth. I will forever have these images that I can look back through and relive one of the best days of my life. You cannot put a price on that and I highly highly highly recommend Emily for birth photography.

Emily was SO lovely, I highly, highly recommend! She put me at ease and made me feel comfortable (I am *really* uncomfortable having my photo taken!) and the photos came out just beautiful. Would absolutely not hesitate to book with Emily again, she is an exceptional photographer!

We loved our family photoshoot with Emily! It was relaxed and fun and she just gave us little pointers of what to do as a family to capture the moments we’d chatted about prior. Emily didn’t rush, she worked to get the best lighting and worked around my breastfeeding baby too. We love her warm editing style too and are so thankful we have these memories of our little ones for a lifetime!

Emily gifted us with an amazing photo shoot in our home after some rough events in the last 12 months. I never know what to expect when I receive photos back from a shoot but these were absolutely amazing and blew me away. She's captured details and events we'll treasure forever.
