Kool Kidz Childcare Dandenong South

It's been a delight at Koolkidz. My child was with good start Eumemmerring that abruptly shut down in the middle of this year . As a working parent , I'd to find a childcare for my child and koolkidz was my closest option . I was so worried about how my child would settle in and so on. The transition was smooth . The staff was so accommodating , so welcoming , catered to all our needs . In a short span my child has developed a lovely bond with his educators . Outdoor play area is a good size . Nice big sand-pit . , water-play . Ideal for sensory seeking kids .I've also heard from my therapist that they keen on learning about the child , their strategies and are positive to implement them . It's good to see passionate educators like Skye .With on-bording , paper-work etc , it took me less than an hour . DEEPIKA, the manager was clear about what had to be done . Unlike other places that took me hours to get it sorted . S I use to work in roasters and Deepika has been so flexible and accommodating with timings , changes -bookings and all that .For first gen Immigrants, getting the right kind of childcare is so important. These kids grow-up without cousins and relatives around them.

Great childcare!Educators are respectful, interactive with the children and easy to approach. The manager is kind and understanding of parents needs and meets them. They go above and beyond to help out where they can. Excellent range of toys, arts and crafts and learning experiences. Nutritious meals provided and overall, very impressive.Highly recommend this caring, kind and proactive childcare.

We have sent our grandchild to a few different childcare centres but Kool Kidz Dandenong South is the best. The staff, facilities and management are top notch. Everyone is approachable and the centre is new, clean and in beautiful condition. We highly recommend this centre to anyone in the area who is looking for quality care.

Very much recommend for anyone. Management and staff are experienced and know how to deal with kids. Even though my now 4 yrs old daughter developed this attention seeking at drop offs, she is the happiest to walk into the child care centre each morning, and often ask “go in a child care?” Every weekend ☺️ she has improved her verbal communication skills since attending. We have been there since 2021 and will definitely take my 7 months old there even though we’re 35-40 mins away from them.

Kool Kidz Dandenong South made being a first time mum transitioning back to work a dream.I was soo anxious to leave my 4 month old in the hands of someone else but all my worries went away within the first week.The educators in the ladybug room are incredible. The love and support they have for each individual child is awesome!Deepika is a very professional and family oriented service manager. She goes above and beyond for all the children and is great with communication.I highly recommend this childcare as I have happily welcomed them into my family with open arms :)

Couldn't be happier with the centre. We have tried a few centres in the area and Koolkids Dandenong South is by far the best. We're so happy with the quality of service, the well trained childcare educators who are friendly and seem happy to be at work, the exceptional management team who are always happy to attend to us, the healthy and delicious food offered and the peace of mind knowing our child is safe and well. Honestly, I don't even know where to start from, I could write essays on the Kool Kidz center, but I have to keep it nice and short. I have been working in the Kool Kidz centre for the past 9 months. The centre is basically like my second home, and I love working here and I enjoy every moment of it.Deepika is one of the best service managers that I have worked with, she has created a very warm and welcoming environment for all the staff and families. She goes above and beyond her capabilities when it comes to the centre management. I have seen a lot of improvements in the centre ever since she has joined this centre as a service manager. Thank you so much for all your hard work that you put into the centre to create a home like environment for all those that are a part of the Kool Kidz centre :) Matt is an amazing educational leader who is always easy to approach and thank you so much for all your help.The staff is extremely friendly and professional, they have so much heart and caring mindset. The educators really make an effort to engage the children and develop them in a very individualized way.

I went many Chilld care centers to check and enroll my child for 4 year old kinder. None of them gave me the satisfaction I expected. One day while shopping at Dandenong Plaza, I unexpectedly met a kinder teacher named Brook advertising about her childcare center. When we immediately went there to enquire, she told us all the information about Dandenong South Koolkids Center. We were fully satisfied to see that the child care is located in a very hygienic environment that can ensure the comfort and safety of the children. Not only that, it was very beautiful inside with many decorative work done to attract the children. One thing that impressed me more than all these was the sacrificial actions of the teachers there, the way they approached the parents with kindness and their willingness to spend time with the parents to know our expectations. I decided that day to enroll my child there. My child and I have been very happy with this kinder since the day we joined. A highly energetic, driven and multi-talented manager, Deepika's approachability is paramount. I have seen her ability to administer activities that help my child's growth and development in a well disciplined environment. I find the teachers there are excellent in their service, very kind, multi-talented and motherly. I can confidently say that my daughter has learned so much in the 4 year old Kinder Class.
