Happy to wait the 20 minutes for the food but when we got it it was cold, stale and not good. Threw most of it away. I know everyone is going to be new so hopefully it improves with time.

Got chicken nachos supreme. Heaps of corn chips bit with small drizzle of avocado, sour cream & bout 3 small bites of chicken. Nope not a fan.

Waited for ages in drive though (which is fine, I get it just opened so busy) ordered out meals… paid for them, got half of our food. Turned around and went back and the woman at the counter told my mum that it should of been in the bag, didn’t offer a refund or replacement as we didn’t get our food. And was extremely rude.Went next door to kfc instead lol.

New shop in town thought I’d take the kids for dinner and try this. The wait was over 1 hour. The food was soggy and dumped in a paper bag . Once I checked it in front of the young guy 4 tacos was missing snd I only had half my meal packed . I told them they said they would fix it I then got my food went home and still was one meal short I didn’t get hard taco shells as asked half of them was the soft wraps. I couldn’t be bothered to even call them or go back . After spending $60 and the service was rude and the food went to my dog . I will never return to this shop again. It’s nothing but a waist of money and food my dog didn’t even eat it. Totally disappointing to half this shop in town . I don’t think it will last long snd be open with the soggy taco’s and staff that don’t know what there doing.I’ll support the local takeaway shops in town from now on 100%

Went there on opening day, staff performed very well despite the large crowds. The food was of high quality for a fast food place as well, and the store was very clean. Unlimited drink refills are always a bonus too!

Went to have a meal. A sign on the counter advising for wait times. 30 mins at lunch, 55 minutes at dinner time. At 4pm in the afternoon waiting time for 2 tacos was 30 mins appox..... I'm sorry. But no. Very friendly staff but that's ridiculous for fast food" which it is..... Don't confuse it with "dining"All the best!"

Absolutely the worst place in Cessnock. Waited over 40 minutes for the order to be completely wrong. Paid for large, was told when they handed me the food they couldn’t fulfill that and that I wasn’t allowed a refund. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to waste your time and money.
