Move Yourself Trailer Hire

The staff on the phone are friendly but don't fall for the scam and hire a trailer from this company. Their investigation department is a joke.I plugged the cable into my new truck and it blew the electrics out and I had to spend more cash getting it repaired. Their solution was to call me back and say the cable is fine the investigation is closed. I have an independent witness/removalist with me and it definitely wasn't fine!!! As simple trailer hire cost me hundreds!! Definitely hire somewhere else!! Now they just ignore me and refuse to try and resolve! Definitely a scam company that doesn't take any responsibility for faulty products or damage caused to a brand new truck!! Stay away!!
