The service desk people are mostly very pleasant but there's one crusty old guy with slicked back balck and grey hair and a nasty beard who just needs to retire or find a sense of humour or be sent on a customer service course because he sucks. He'll walk past the waiting customers, open the shutter doors and not stick his head out to say hello to let you know the place is open, he'll just go grouch at his desk and maybe be rude to some females who work with him (he seems perfectly nice to the guys). Tarnishes the whole place really.

Had a great experience with ordering my Jimny through Steve & PK, the team at Bremer Suzuki are always so helpful. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Disgusting service!Bought a brand new Vitara turbo from here and although the sale was good the after market service is atrocious.Within 6 months the engine started making a knocking sound. I took it back and of course it was quiet.So I continued to drive it until the knocking returned, I then recorded the sound and took it back again.After a day of investigation they told me that they think this is just normal for my car.WHAT A CROCK, AN ENGINE KNOCK IN A NEW CAR IS NOT NORMAL!!!!I decided to take it to West Point Autos who immediately diagnosed it as a faulty vacuum pump. And agreed it IS NOT NORMAL.Today West Point have finally repaired the issue 12 months later. Most of this time was waiting for a new pump from China.Avoid Bremer Suzuki at all costs they only want your money and couldn't care less.
