Honestly the best clothing shop I have ever been to, I was served by a man named Sam and we got right into it. Found the perfect suit, tie, ect everything matched so well he was so nice and helpful. I cannot believe how well I was served 10/10.

We recently shopped at Johnny Bigg at Willows here in Townsville.They are fantastic, they know their products.Extremely helpful.I'll definitely be back it was a pleasurable experience shopping there.Value for money also.

Being a large bloke who generally hates clothes shopping, my experience with the staff at Johnny Bigg (Stockland Townsville - Thanks Rumour, you’re awesome) made it a pleasurable experience. Got what I came for and left with some extras! 10/10 would recommend for products and service.

After spending quite a significant amount of time looking for a shirt for my father and being met with no assistance in other stores, my mother and I had the pleasure of being served by Desha. From the moment we walked in Desha greeted us with a friendly smile and proceeded to help us throughout the whole process of finding the right shirt for a bigger man. Desha went through all our concerns of the shirts we had picked out and offered excellent advice and suggestions on the best shirt to suit a man of my fathers body type. He also helped us choose the right pattern shirt that would be best at the event he will be attending and described why the shirts features would be the most suitable and functional. It is absolutely refreshing having wonderful service in a time when sales staff aren’t always interested. Desha’s wonderful attitude and passion for his job shone through and I would recommend the store to any man or daughter/wife looking for the perfect clothes to suit a man.
