I am extremely disappointed and saddened by the poor communication and rude customer service by Dave. I sent emails wishing to purchase a custom order and asked questions which were not answered clearly and I was never given a phone call to discuss my order. When I called Dave myself to discuss placing my order he was abbrasive, spoke over me repeatedly and eventually hung up on me. I unfortunately cannot provide any positive feedback for this business and I am very disappointed I could not order what was recommended to me by Dave's sister to be excellent products. I also cannot make any recommendations for this business as the customer service was such a negative experience for me.
