Kids Club Child Care Skytower

So happy at Kids club!We have been at Kids club for about 5 months, our child's first time in care and it has gone really well. Staff are friendly and caring and the kids love them. Great variety of activities and the app keeps us informed on eating, sleeping and activities.Food is great with dedicated chef on site. Highly recommend.

All good things at Kids Club!!Staff: Friendly, approachable and professional team who provide constant emotional, physical and educational care to our little one. The children to teacher ratio is just right.Classroom environment: Stimulating for kids of all ages and very well maintained spacious classrooms and outdoor play areas.Food/snacks: Food options provided at the center are very well balanced, choices are available for kids to pick, and there is a varied weekly menu constituting of a wide range of dishes.Cleanliness: 10/10 ! Very clean indoor and outdoor play areas. Kids are kept clean during the day as well. Nappies are changed regularly and if things get messy they are directly changed into clean clothes.The Kids club app: The daycare also keeps track of the every kid and keep parents at ease with regular updates and pictures.Community: The daycare encourages friendships and inclusion. The easy-going environment helped my son feel welcomed and settled from the very first week.I highly recommend Kids Club to parents who want their kids to be in good hands.

Although this daycare is very clean with a great curriculum, they have zero flexibility with your child. They will force your child to nap when every one else naps even if they are not tired.Every child is different with different routines and I felt that they dont cater for all children. Not happy with my experience.

Kids Club Skytower has amazing staff who look after the kids really really well. We are very happy with the facilities and the overall experience. Our daughter, who is almost one, has gelled well with her educators and seems to enjoy her time there. She has learnt to sleep independently and socialising with other kids since joining the centre. Special thanks to Melissa Ware -centre manager and educators Ms Chantel and Ms Anne-Marie who make our daughters days at the centre fun, safe and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I have found that the teachers here are genuinely passionate and caring towards the children.Childcare is well kept and maintained, Food options are great too.My child is in Kindy and he loves going to kidsclub everyday! Huge thanks to Miss Rita, Kindergarten teacher who incorporates the latest science and technologies into their daily learning.Kids Club app is kept uptodate with all the daily updates by the teachers.Shout out to Miss Roxy and Miss Tracey for their support and bringing in new experiences like excursions etc.

My daughter loves it here and is always so happy! I got a good vibe the first time i stepped foot in the centre and the educators in the babies room are amazing! This was so important to me as my daughter started at 5.5 months and it was hard knowing id be leaving her to go back to work. Great facilities, great staff, great communication. Couldnt ask for anything more!

AVOID THIS CHILDCARE AT ALL COST!!!The centre director of this childcare actually left a Google review for her own childcare.Our son attended this childcare for 6 weeks (they need 4-weeks notice period to leave instead of standard 2 weeks). He started with 5-days week and we eventually dropped to 2 days.Lack of educators - Educators are more occupied with paper work and reporting. They provided very long journal each day. We picked our son up at 3pm, he was already packed up sitting alone and waiting for us to pick up. Other kids were occupied with iPad, while the educators cleaned up the room. Turnover rate of educators is very high. All of the educators in our son's room were different when we left the childcare.They have nice outdoor facilities. But the whole time my son was there, he played outdoor less than 5 times. Understandably, the childcare being high in a building, the educators would prefer not to take the risk of keeping the kids outside playing freely.You will have to check the statement carefully they sent each fortnight. They overcharged us for about $300. We had to inform the admin to investigate our account.One day my son had a fever and the educator didn't pay attention. His fever built up to a point where he had to lay on the couch and slept. That's when they measured his temperature and it was already 40.2 degreeC. It's shocking! Only then, we were notified to pick him up. At that point, we were very angry and decided to take our son out completely from this childcare. However, they have 4-weeks notice policy, instead of the standard 2 weeks. When I put through the notice in an email, they didn't acknowledge it for almost a week and never replied. I had to follow up at the centre. In that 4 weeks, the director's attitude towards us changed. She was very rude.

I looked at 3 daycares in the Brisbane City area with my 3 year old before she decided Kids Club was for her. My husband and I completely agreed! The teachers are great as is Mellissa, the centre director. Love the facilities. Everything is clean and there are so many great activities ready to be explored right when they walk in the room in the morning. Bathroom and lunch room are in a totally seperate rooms than where they play as well (I know that sounds like a no brainer, but the other centres didn't have that. And it was pretty foul smelling!). Communication is great and the app lets you know all the fun things they are up to everyday as well as what they are eating. Highly recommend this daycare!

We waited a whole year for the centre to open and we are so glad we did!We looked at 4-5 centres in the CBD area, we picked Kidsclub Skytower for its hardware, location, but most importantly the centre values.Mel, the centre director is enthusiastic about early childhood education and passionate about creating an inclusive environment for the kids. These values transcend to each of the educators; they are hands on, caring, passionate professionals that I can count on for the care of our 3 yo.She loves the centre from day 1 and every week she’s learning something new from school!We cannot thank the centre staff enough for their loving care, we highly recommend the centre to others that are also seeking an inclusive, attentive childcare!
