Target Airport West

Haven't been there for years and was dumbfounded to see you had to serve yourself. Will think twice before I go out of my way to go back.

Beautiful Target store. Well maintained with lots of stock and a great variety of different sizes. However I will not be shopping at Target anymore as they only have self checkouts.

Lovely shopping experience. Friendly staff, clean shop, great prices.

Great target. Always have what I want

Seeing as Target sent me an email asking for feedback after my Click and Collect experience, I happily obliged and I’ve decided to also share my said feedback publicly, rather than the survey response being ignored…..Perhaps Target should just go 100% self service like a parcel locker setup for click and collect…..I went to the Airport West store to pick up a click and collect order for my wife and proceeded to the “Customer Service Desk”, or ironically, “lack of”.I stood there for a good couple of mins while the male and female worker were too busy out the back chatting/gossiping on company time, rather than doing their job and serving me as a waiting customer.What’s the point of having a so called “customer service desk” when the customer service doesn’t exist???You can watch the CCTV around 4:30-4:40pm on Friday the 9/12/22 when I picked up the order if you wish.I stood there waiting for a few minutes, the female worker walked out, looked at me, said nothing and walked off, the male worker came out, no apology for leaving me waiting.He didn’t even say hello or barely anything during the whole interaction apart from asking me if I had I.D to collect my order, he was not friendly or professional at all!Quite frankly, I would not return to this store again when I can go elsewhere and be treated with respect and buy similar products.I found your staff members conduct to be very unprofessional and disrespectful and I would expect better, they didn’t even meet the bare minimum of what should be expected in customer service skills, very disappointing!

Has a great variety of merchandise,prices are reasonable

Just visited to pick up an online order. Process was easy, quick and friendly. Nice shops for a wonder around.

I've not had any issues with Target Airport West! Love the variety in store. Click and collect is so easy online and this is my preferred store for collection/returns! :)
