I gave my wedding dress and veil for cleaning and to be boxed, along with a dress I had from childhood that needed some repairs and cleaning done on it. I went to pick up the dresses about 5-6 months later and they had the wedding dress boxed up. I asked about the kids dress and they said it should be in the box. It was not. I went back to ask and they had to search around the shop for it. When they found it it was bunched up under the counter with a post it note on it and the guy said he would have to investigate further why it wasn’t cleaned. It was repaired though. So I went away and didn’t hear anything for another 4 months at least. I came to pick it up again and the exact same thing happened. It would’ve been nice to have been contacted about the dress that they couldn’t clean. Or it would’ve been ever nicer if they had have tried to clean it. So I am out $28.50 and this whole thing took a lot longer than it should have. So I am not overly happy by the services provided. Even if I was given a call and told what was happening I would’ve been more than understanding, but every time I went in it felt like no one knew what was happening.

I took my silk dress there for alteration and steaming and their service was just amazing. They understood my time limitation and got it ready for me the next day.I will definitely be going back and I will refer my friends and family as well.

Brought a dress I needed cleaned before a wedding and picked it up the day before my flight. Literally had the same stains and even some more on it and string on the satin was pulled. I asked what had happened and they said, and I quote “you can’t expect dry cleaning to clean everything” which is true but I wasn’t expecting it to make the dress dirtier. When I asked to talk to a manager they had come up with many excuses as to why I couldn’t see him. Overall horrible experience. All they had done during the time they had this dress was spray some perfume on it and put it in a bag, no cleaning whatsoever. They refused to give refund as they said only manager can issue it and there didn’t let me make time to see the manager. Never coming back. Don’t recommend as they don’t own up to their mistakes. Disappointing really.

My daughter took her formal dress to be cleaned and brought it home with stains all along. I asked her to return it and have the stains cleaned again as the dry cleaner clearly did not clean it. She was told by the workers it had been cleaned and that the stains couldn’t be cleaned when they clearly said they could upon dropping it off. they refused to issue a refund as they literally had not done anything at all. it did not even smell clean. There was no proof to show they had even touched the dress. would never visit again

So impressed. Took them a chalenge with a sealed lining to unpick to fix a split seam and a mystery black stain. My light pink dress was returned looking perfect and for a very reasonable price. So glad i used them.

Super friendly and accommodating staff. Brought my suit in for a last-minute dry cleaning and alteration, and the staff happily had it done for me (despite the short notice). Prices are super reasonable too. I will definitely be recommending this place to all my friends and family!

My daughter took her dress to be cleaned after getting it stained at formal and the dress when returned looked the exact same. they refused to refund or even clean the dress again and wants me to pay the $40 again. I am not impressed in the slightest. when you take a car to the mechanic to be fixed you expect it to drive. when you take a dress to be cleaned, you expect it to return clean. not impressedsincerely, an angry father.

Highly recommend. Great friendly service with staff that where knowledgeable and helpful , cleaning of suites and jacket which need odour removal and hand wash service, best experience so far from a dry cleaner. I have chain dry cleaners closer to my house , happy to travel for this level of quality and genuine customer service.

Looking for a new dry cleaner to do regular (weekly) service I came to your shop today. I am still stunned by the dismissive and rude way I was treated and spoken to. I asked for a price which was not quoted until I provided my personal details. I provided those. You then quoted me the most ridiculous price. Yes I walked out after I questioned the price and was told abruptly to go elsewhere. You have the right to charge what you want, it’s your business but the way I was treated was disgusting. I have had these items dry cleaned on a regular basis at many different outlets for a consistent price. I found another dry cleaner not 10 minutes from you who was happy to provide me with a sensible quote. $25 versus your quote of $44. You might want to check what your competition charges.
