Kate, Otto and the whole team at Otto Tuza are incredible! Kate was such a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole order process, and her communication was sublime, giving us regular updates and photos throughout the build. Nothing was too hard for the team at Otto Tuza, and the float was perfect to every last detail. The passion Otto has really shines through on their builds. Couldn't recommend these guys more for anyone purchasing a float! Fairly priced, amazing build quality, great communication, can do attitude, and of course built on home soil!

I recently purchase Otto Tuza's budget model horsefloat. I traveled down from central qld so arrived quite late in the day. I hadn't thought about it but i still had my wa licence. Rhonda went out of her way to help us get to the transport dept to get it sorted and she waited around well after closing to do the hand over. She went above and beyond what was expected and made me feel like a valued customer. And I love my float!

We bought our float from Otto Tuza 17 years ago and it has never failed us. It needed some TLC after being caught in the floods. A couple of days back at the factory and our float looks amazing again. Good for another 17 years. It will outlast us.

I had an amazing experience buying my float from Otto Tuza - the service was excellent and the float is beautiful. It was extra special because the team at Otto Tuza were wonderful and helpful and made the whole process very easy for me.

Very poor customer service. Drove over 40mins to get a spare part from them, only to find out it wasn't the correct size, this was after 2 phone calls to confirm size and availability. A simple tape measure would have helped. Also when we arrived, the front office lady continued to fill out a form and made us wait while she did this. No apology or anything, just a blank, vacant stare, so I left. Would not recommend them at all.

Fantastic experience from start to finish - Rhonda could not have been more helpful when we first made our enquiry, showing us through the factory and explaining everything really well about floats and what we would expect from our new float. We ordered one then and there! (with absolutely no pressure which was lovely). Ongoing communications via phone and email were superb and clear. Pick up was simple and everything explained really well with maintenance and using the float with one of the boys on hand to make any adjustments necessary. The float itself is fantastic - you won't buy better! I am looking forwards to many years getting out and about with this float. Could not recommend highly enough

Can't thank the team at Otto Tuza VIP enough. So pleased with my new 2 horse straight load float. Otto customised it for me to include breeching gates and the awning will be great for shade when floating or camping. Kate was a wonderful point of contact so knowledgeable and professional. The guys who did the build should be proud of their workmanship. A great, well built, solid float that tows beautifully. Thanks again.
